Theatre Unleashed delivers again with a brand new show. This year's version featured a few more monologues, and they allowed the actors to shine, especially Jenn Crafts' singing in The Prom skit. I hope this show becomes a Fringe tradition....

I have never been so profoundly touched or seen such as stirring demonstration of sibling rivalry as I did through the eyes of this play. Both Haverty and Murphy are outstanding in their performance, as secrets are revealed and the purpose of their waiting are left in the aftermath of their interactions. This is a must see performance and worthy of a Best of Fringe extension....

This dramatic recitation of his book by Jamey Hecht was well choreographed with visual multi-media and the strong, soothing voice of Hecht. It was obvious of his passion for the events surrounding the assassination of JFK, and his performance reflected that passion.
This is a worthy piece of Fringe history....

OMG - what can be said that hasn't already been said about this incredible show, surely the Best Comedy Show at Fringe this year. Such a hodgepodge of Shakespeare and pop culture references, it felt like a production of Reduced Shakespeare's Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged).
I laughed until I cried, especially when the cast lost it hear the end as one of the actor's realized his mother was in the front row watching. It was hysterical!
King Phycus is a laugh riot, and a dam...

Unlike anything I have seen this year at Fringe, this show is a mixture of Cirque de Soleil, interpretive dance, and object lesson. The cast was astonishing in their ability to move beyond the limitations of words and explain their story through dance and pantomine. It was an experience that I will never forget....

Liz Femi is a gem, a budding Whoopi Goldberg of talent. I was totally transported to Nigeria and immersed in her personal story of life. Her characters were life-like, and her humor is contagious. I was inspired, thrilled and proud to be a part of the magic of Fringe. Two thumbs enthusiastically up!...

I had been particularly interested in this play because the cast included Rebecca Mader, star of Lost and other television shows. Unfortunately, Mader was called out of town on a job, and did not perform. However, her understudy, Selah Victor, was a perfect replacement for the role of Evans' ex, Barrie. The remainder of the cast was composed of Peter Cilella as Evan, Megan Raye Manzi as his date, Allie, and Chris Wylde as her ex, Helmer.
This show was brilliantly written by Deborah Gross an...

This show is a series of three one-acts under the heading of First Dates. This was a true collaborative effort.
All three were eloquently written and staged around the same couch and living room. Each story told a very humorous tale about the hazards of dating. Again, I laughed hard as many portions of the story lines hit me like an RPG, as I recalled similar situations in my own past dating life.
I recommend this show. It was fun to watch the hazards of dating life play out on the st...

It's been said that those that can't do, teach, but such is definitely not the case for Anastasia Coon. She has created and inhabited a riveting story about a life lived on the land but a love that had to be hidden.
The staging and direction were outstanding, as was Coon's performance and presentation of the many characters who shaped the lives of Gracie and Rose.
This is a heartfelt triumph of the human spirit, proof that love can overcome any obstacles set in its path. Don't miss this s...
