A dark, twisted horror comedy that only gets more so as it progresses, and revels in sticking the audience's nose right in its adorably sick heart. A drawing room comedy (or dining room) with hilariously heightened and stylized over the top acting, about a family that borrows a bit from Edward Gorey, and the Adams Family, although it ultimately makes the Adams Family look like the Brady Bunch.
