Turning beloved childhood cartoons into full breathing human characters must not have been an easy task but in Absolutely Filthy playwright Brendan Hunt, aided with a playful and committed cast, did exactly that. What a fun show! I admit I am the perfect demographic as a child of the 90's but the universal struggle of youth and the nuances of high school are accessible to most if not all. I especially enjoyed the filmed scenes used as transitions. They were hilarious, beautifully shot and edited, I could watch a whole series of Rati traipsing through the awkward world of high school and be happy 'bout it. No Static at All is incredibly well written, thoroughly engaging and thought provoking. I laughed, I pondered life, I acquired a new appreciation for Steely Dan, but most importantly I wish the show lasted twice as long, I loved the storytelling that much. If you haven't seen it GO!!!!!!!!!...
