For those shows including Actors’ Equity Association (AEA) members, there are three codes/agreements that apply to 2016 Fringe productions. Please read the following for some guidelines:

There are three codes/agreements that apply to 2016 Fringe productions:

• 99 Seat Agreement: requires at least the prevailing Minimum Wage for all rehearsal and performance hours
• Transitional 99 Seat Code: includes a stipend for each performance
• Los Angeles 50 Seat Showcase Code: only in theaters of 50 Seats or less

If you want to include a union actor in your project, you need to prepare the relevant paperwork and submit to AEA for approval ASAP.
